Customware, Inc. currently offers two levels of Managed IT Services in Greater Cincinnati. Level I and Level II. Level I Managed Services consists of equipment monitoring and software patch management. If an issue with a server, workstation of piece of equipment is discovered the primary client contact will be notified and a resolution will be offered. Level II Managed IT Services consists of equipment monitoring and software patch management plus unlimited remote desktop support and remote issue resolution for selected equipment and services. The core services include server monitoring, workstation monitoring and network monitoring
