We have the right Level for you!

Customware, Inc. currently offers two levels of Managed IT Services. Level I and Level II. Level I Managed Services consists of equipment monitoring and software patch management. If an issue with a server, workstation of piece of equipment is discovered the primary client contact will be notified and a resolution will be offered. Level II Managed IT Services consists of equipment monitoring and software patch management plus unlimited remote desktop support and remote issue resolution for selected equipment and services. The core services include server monitoring, workstation monitoring and network monitoring. Addition modules may be added which consists of anti-virus, mail filtering, web filtering, off-site backups and on-site BDR backup and disaster recovery.

Off-Site Backup – Individual files or complete system state and image backups
On-site BDR Backup and Disaster Recovery – Consists of a local virtualized copy of a server or workstation and a provided host server to play virtual images. The backup images are updated in 15 minute increments and periodically monitored.

What is the cost?

The cost of managed IT services can vary depending on how many servers and workstations that need the monitored service. Contact us with this information so we can give you an accurate quote.

How often are my services monitored?

It depends on the specific monitored service listed above. The crucial services on workstations are every 30 & 60 minutes and on servers are every 5 & 15 mins. Less crucial services are monitored daily.
