On-Time™ and On-Time™ Stand Alone were developed to help expedite the payroll process while reducing human errors.  They were also designed to give employers more reporting possibilities and greater control over time capturing and data reporting.  The On-Time™ Solution is a combination of hardware and software that can either be stand alone or interface with Open Systems® or Traverse® Accounting Software payroll modules.

We have developed numerous ways to collect employee time data - both onsite and remotely.  Whether you have employees in one location, multiple locations, or housed in the field, we have a solution to meet your time reporting needs.

Data is collected within a collection device then polled from the payroll department. It can then be checked, changed if necessary, analyzed and reported. After everything is reviewed and correct, post the data to your payroll and On-Time/On-Time SA make all your time ticket entries. Then simply run your payroll.

Some of the features of On-Time™ and On-Time™ Stand Alone include:

      • Allows collected data to be polled, proofed and posted to payroll while eliminating the need to calculate and re-key it.

  • Track the history of employee attendance and punches and compare scheduled work times against actual work times.

  • Allows for unlimited shifts with midnight cross-over, so you can run multiple shifts over varying dates without a calculation problem.

  • Set up and track employee leave information including the type of leave (vacation, sick, etc.), reason for absence, whether leave is included in overtime calculations, if leave is excused or paid.

  •  Automated holiday pay feature allows setup for individual company holiday schedules.

  • Shift premiums are automatically calculated, and overtime is calculated on a per-employee basis.

  • Set grace periods for punching in and out, configure paid or unpaid breaks and break lengths, and set automatic quarter-hour rounding or use exact time calculations.

  • Available reports include:

                           o        Work Schedule

                           o        Schedule/Actual Comparis

                           o        Employee Sign-Off

                           o        Time Card

                           o        Transaction Reporting – Daily or Calendar view

                          o        Exception Reporting
