Service Management Plus is database management system for companies of all sizes and all fields. The front end uses Microsoft Access 2007, which allows for flexibility and scalability. The backend uses MS SQL Server. Some key features included in Service Management Plus are:
- Current client/potential client information such as general information, contacts, job history, sites/end users, activities and opportunities.
- Add new support tickets and track existing ticket information for clients.
- Employee timesheet entry.
- Track product inventory.
- Add activities and potential opportunities for both clients and non-clients. May also set reminders to your Outlook calendar or Excahnge calendar.
- Take full advantage of CRM by sending newsletters or other information out to defined groups of clients by email or fax.
- Generate job proposals for clients.
- Keep track of internal employee progress as well as client information with the 15+ standard pdf reports such as; employee billable production, product info, completed calls not billed, marketing reports, outstanding calls, etc.
